Off-Campus After-School Classes
Our after-school learning program provides students with a safe, convenient, and well-organized after-school arrangement. After school, teachers safely pick up students and take them to a prearranged nearby learning location. The short, convenient trip helps children move safely and smoothly from school into after-school learning.
Students then join scheduled Chinese classes and other enrichment courses. The content is varied, lively, and engaging. Our outstanding teachers create a fresh, joyful learning atmosphere for children, making it one of the happiest parts of their day.
A Safe, Convenient Extension of the School Day
The Off-Campus After-School Program combines safe school pickup, nearby learning locations, structured Chinese instruction, homework support, and varied enrichment. It is designed for families who need dependable after-school arrangements beyond the student’s regular campus.

1. Safe Pickup and Learning Process
Teachers pick up students after school and take them to a prearranged nearby learning location. Short, convenient routes help students move safely and smoothly from their regular school day into after-school learning.

2. Learning Times
Three time options are available to support different family schedules. Extended arrangements are confirmed individually according to location, transportation, staffing, and the student’s needs.

Families should pick up students promptly at the confirmed end time. A later time beyond 6:00 p.m. may be requested and must be confirmed separately by the school. Any change to the pickup person or time must be communicated in advance.
3. Course Content
Course arrangements vary by student age, Chinese level, family needs, and the length of the selected time slot. The program centers on Chinese learning and may combine the following areas:
Homework Support
Targeted explanation and support for school assignments and learning challenges across subjects.
Reading Aloud and Public Speaking
Correction of Mandarin pronunciation errors, pronunciation practice, tongue twisters, and speeches based on poems, essays, and fairy tales.
Calligraphy and Visual Arts
Standard Chinese character writing, brush calligraphy, drawing, visual-art projects, and more.
Music and Performance
Chinese songs, children’s song performances, performance fundamentals, and short-play rehearsals.
Martial Arts and Movement
Basic martial arts and Shaolin boxing.
The specific daily combination may change according to location, student grouping, course themes, enrollment, and faculty availability.
4. Sample Daily Arrangement
The following is a sample arrangement. Actual times are adjusted to the student’s dismissal time, travel time, selected end time, and class plan.

6. School and Family Responsibilities
Student safety and smooth program operation depend on clear, timely cooperation between the school and families.

Only authorized adults may pick up a student. The school must be informed in advance of any temporary change. The school will not release a student to an unconfirmed person.
7. Tuition
Monthly tuition for the Off-Campus After-School Program varies by the selected end time:

Families may choose monthly payments or a single payment for the full semester.
Monthly Payment
Pay the applicable monthly tuition according to the selected end time.
Semester Payment Discount
Families who pay the full semester in one payment receive a $50 discount from that semester’s total tuition.
Semester tuition formula:Monthly tuition × number of billed months in the semester − $50
For example, if a semester is calculated as five months:

The semester tuition shown above uses five months as an example. Actual tuition is calculated according to the specific number of billed months in that semester. A requested end time after 6:00 p.m. must be confirmed separately by the school before enrollment.
8. Registration and Changes
When registering, families provide the following information so the school can confirm whether a safe, suitable arrangement is available:
- Student name, age, grade, and regular school
- Dismissal time, pickup point, and days of participation
- Preferred program end time
- Chinese level, homework-support needs, and course interests
- Parent and emergency contacts, authorized pickup persons, allergies, and important medical information
Specific pickup routes, learning locations, class schedules, and start dates are subject to the school’s final confirmation.
If dismissal time, pickup location, attendance days, end time, or authorized pickup person changes, families should contact the school in advance. Any related fee adjustment follows the newly confirmed plan.
